What is Ad-Hoc IT Support

As titled, IT Support is provided on an Ad-Hoc basis - when you need an IT Hero, 'The IT Heroes' will be there! There are no complicated Service Level Agreements (SLA's), contracts or tie-ins.

Maybe you manage your own IT and occasionally need some assistance, maybe you are sceptical of jargon filled contracts (although we try to keep ours simple) or maybe you just like to know what you are paying for?
